hi

i was lookign around and was told the gunson tester was the best for the bravo

sorry to sound stupid but which one shall i buy is it a

hi gauge or
lo gauge/?

the car is a 1.2 petrol engine, 2000 reg
any ideas?

i know the hi and lo is based on the park plug size but im not sure which size is right/i take

please help

Don't know the make (poss' Gunson) got it from Halfords, pretty good tester.

i asked this question
because the one in the link i have already lol

and the adaptors does not fit the spark plug in my bravo, it doesnt secure in.

so what you need is the correct adapter to fit the bravo plug threads?

thanks for your reply

but which adaptor is this?

the link for the compression tester doesnt work

i shall ask sven, i ask becasue its easier to buy a kit with all rather than indidvidual adaptors on top

however sayign this i have the kit from the first link which doesnt have the long adaptor am i right to assume any long adaptor (correct size) will fit onto any compression tester?

i dont se why not. i have never needed one for the bravo but i did buy a long reach adaptor for another car and it screwed on with no problem

The thread of the plugs should be 12mm as I remember and the spanner size 16mm.
