I was driving on a country road into Norwich today and saw what looked to be a load of wheel rims with tyres dumped on the side of the road. Now some of these looked to be Panda rims :rolleyes: (not from any of mine ;))

Whats the legalities if I was to just pull up, open the boot and sling them in and drive off :confused:
 
If any "official" says anything to you just say you are outraged at the eyesore and you are cleaing up the mess free of charge.

Although I seriously doubt anyone will give a good god damn.

lol. Ta. just it's on a busy'ish road from the A47 to UEA and N+N hospital, so always has people on it :p

Think I might take a random drive in a bit :eek:
 
Yeah. Probably best not to let too many people see you I suppose. Ther's always the risk that someone will assume you are dumping the rubbish there rather than taking it away.

You could always ring the council tomorrow and explain that someone has dumped all this rubbish and you are willing to remove some of it free of charge. To be honest I bet they'd be more than happy to let you take it. Fly tipping costs local councils thousands each year.
 
Just take em, if the police do see you they have no solid evidence that you put them there (although funny seeing a fiat panda near a pile of panda wheels).. :D
therefore they can't really do much... and if they just ask just say you are doing a public service by cleaning them up... (y)
 
just do it jon! leave it 40minutes and do it!!(midnight) i pulled up at my local *mucking spot* with the gf other night and was greeted by a pile of bricks and guttering so anyone in norfolk area after bricks and guttering let me know!!

You can't call them that, you may hurt their feelings and reduce their self esteem. Besides which they are only providing a useful service by keeping Council Cleansing staff in a job and providing Panda owners with a useful supply of spare parts.

I had the following blasting out at the time from my James Bond CD :p :eek:


I sort of done it in James Bond stelth also. Swung the car in, jumped out, grabed the things, chucked then in, and speed off, with a slight wheel spin iirc :ROFLMAO: :D
