Technical Coilovers!

Well, Im looking for new suspension on my mk2 (full set up not just springs)

went into halfords today and they do a kit by Cobra which is just under £150 and lowers by 50mm. However, its a coilover kit whats the difference?? will it be alright on a road car?

whats the advantages and disadvantages to 'normal' suspension?

Coilovers are just the springs not the whole suspension.

and are normally quite a lot of money, a coil over kit for £150 is either prised wrong or crap

cheers for that, will probs give them a miss then!

and from the fact that on their website they cant spell 'gallery' properly, do I trust them with my suspension?! Could be pretty serious if they got it wrong :doh:

they are dutch so english spelling nothing to worry about
