Technical Code p1524 and P1523

2012 Fiat 500c with Multiair assy which I replace will not start
is in time I checked oil pressure with manual pressure gauge
has 20psi by scan tool shows that mutiair is advance and retarding
have spark and fuel pressure replaced oil pressure switch
this is an automatic any thing that you think I should do ?

Have you checked/cleaned the multiair filter/strainer? Does oil flow out of the orifice?

I pulled it out and cleaned it did not have an oil flow out of it

Oil should be p!$$ing out of it when you turn the engine over.

oil did not when rolled over

Even after prolonged engine turn over?
That is the feed for the multiair unit so if no oil is coming out then it needs investigating.
