Hi, my clutch has been slipping for a while now, but has now started juddering and I've had enough, I'm aware hardly anything exists for the bravo, but can anyone point me in the direction of a clutch guide?! Thanks :)

Nothing? Has no one here done the clutch themselves?

eLearn guide has clutch r+r procedure.
you should relly get the eLearn guide if you do any serious diy

search the forum for elearn download.

I've diy-ed the clutch.
It's a lot of work.... doable in 1 full day with a complete set of sockets and a few combination wrenches.
e-learn is your best friend.
in addition you will need to pull the fuse box up, the one in the engine bay.

I would recommend you get all these parts ( you could return what is not needed...flywheel):
-flywheel
-clutch kit (clutch plate and clutch disk)
-hydraulic thrust bearing ( be careful with it because you could blow the seal causing the a leak)
Maximum attention with the bearing hydraulic connection ... plastic parts that like to break.

This is the best time to replace the gearbox oil. Because you will pull out the cv driveshafts...and the old oil will need to be drained before that.

I have a Bravo 1.4l, 90HP, can anyone confirm that my car is fitted with a DMF (dual mass flywheel)?

If so, does it have to replaced at the same time as the clutch or are there checks that can be made to check if it is fit for re-use?

Al.

Even if fitted with DMF, it should be checked and only if out of tolerances then replace it.
My old DMF was still ok but was close to the limits. The new one was better but by not very much. (i don't remember the tollerances of the top of my head but it was something like max 2 mm play...the old one was 1.8 and the new one was 1.5.....so i could have still used the old DMF, but it also had some scorch marks)
.... so check and replace as needed.
