Technical Headliner needs to be removed to replace the fabric how to do it

headliner is failing apart and needs to be replaced.

Any guide how to do it by my shelf and give it to the upholstery to replace the fabric?

Is it easy to remove it from the car by my shelf?

Of course I hope it doesn't needs to remove the rear pillars. They're new, I replaced them in 2021!
