i have an x reg 2000 1.9 jtd multipla and the clutch is goosed, ive been pricing up a clutch kit, but no one seems to know if its a duel mass flywheel, ive phoned fiat and they said it could be or may not be, i really dont want to buy the clutch kit to do the job and find out i have to spend another couple hundred on such an old car.

does anyone know how to find out without taking the clutch out.

thanks

To the best of my knowledge, all JTD Multiplas have a DMF. There is no solid flywheel available for it, at least not one that's known to the forumers here.

If you're after both clutch and DMF, have a look on buypartsby. Their price for the DMF beats everyone else by miles, and the clutch kit to go with it is well priced too. I've got both sat here in their boxes waiting to fit to my car. From a visual inspection, quality looks to be good. Buypartsby also sell the DMF bolts at a good price, but they're not listed on the website - you'll need to phone them to sort that out.

thanks for that just checked out price for flywheel couldnt beliieve how cheap it was

thank you
