I have just bought a fiat Ulysse 03 plate I collected it yesterday it was fine when I got there I tested the clutch the usual way hand brake on engine stalled on the journey back I stopped for fuel on leaving motorway the pedal stuck to floor & clutch went! I pulled the pedal back up but made no difference. I managed to go a few more miles by matching revs for clutch. Then all of a sudden I got friction in the pedal but alas the clutch is now slipping like mad but no smell of burning I am wondering if it is the slave piston stuck as the car had been standing for 4 months any advice will be gladly accepted. Dave.....

Hi Dave, try bleeding the slave cylinder..,
we had one that was essentially dry.., almost demolished a wall when in decided to stop pumping with no warning..!!

Try posting in the Uly section to see if it's a common thing,
Charlie
