Have changed the clutch cable for the 2nd time in 6 weeks on my fiat seicento (& 3 months before that). I know that there's a problem with the clutch cable which fiat deny. It's easy enough to do but very fiddly & time-consuming. Am going to saw the bottom part of the dashboard off so I can get easier access.
This is the problem I've got now: I managed to thread the cable through and put the split-pin in, but on pressing the peddle, the triangle shape white plastic thingy has snapped (see attached picture). I need to get a new one, but where can I get one, what is it called, how is it attached, and how easy is it to fit? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ta!
