Technical cloud symbol

I know what that is...

It lets you know when high altitude cirrus clouds that are typically detached from one another and almost always made of tiny ice crystals are approaching. Cirrus is Latin for "wisp of hair" and refers to the clouds fibrous appearance. It's ingenious of Fiat to include such an advanced warning system on a sub-£12,000 car!

Probably an option in other contries, and not here, but would cost Fiat too much to redesign a cluster without the symbol so leave it there.

Does anyone know if it has a bulb in its place?

Can't tell you what it is, but my 4x4 has a whole bunch of 'hidden' warning lights, including that cloud. Also, in between the fuel and temperature gauges, there are two very similar to each other which show a cross section of a tyre, presume correct and low tyre pressure warning? I suspect there where plans to include lots of extra electronics in the Panda that never got there in final production.
