Technical cloning of transponder chip

On previous post I mentioned some issues on my remote control.

The problem was the oscillator and the antenna of the pcb.


I ordered a new PCB and I will solder my transponder chip to the new pcb.

I want to know because I have a complete new remote control and a blank transponder chip, if it's possible to clone mine to the blank one without the need of the access to the ECU from a locksmith.

Soldering the transponder chip to another pcb with the same revision solved my issue.

I have remote control again functional!

I have another one blank key remote with key blade and on official representative told me that he can program it to my car easily, so I will have a spare key with remote control...

I'm a little confused.
Are you saying you married existing working transponder to a new blank pcb and car starts and remote works?

I soldered the transponder IC (pcf7946AT) from my Magneti Marelli PCB, to a used one Magneti Marelli PCB I bought recently and yes... It worked!
