Uno Clicking noise when i wanna start

Hi guys. I get a clicking noise when trying to start my Uno. I aslo wanna know where and what a starter fuse is. Also where is the ground wire from the battery. TIA

Stick a single jump lead from engine to battery negative and try.

If that solves your issue add more engine earths. There is no such thing as too many earths.
