Stilo hello to everyone. i have a stilo 1.9 jtd i love it

so i have a 80 hp fiat stilo 1.9 jtd 2003
8 years ago my father had it and he added a tunebox that made the car faster like a lot. i believe it it around 110 hp max maybe 120 on a good day dont take me seriously but i believe it was it was faster cuz it had allot more torque... after 7 full years the guy that he sold it to called my father and said he was selling it cuzz he was gonna go in another country. in those times i was looking for a car and it was great! now i have it 1 year and i love it!! so i wanted to ask here if there is anyone that tuned this car and engine and if yall could tell me what i can do to it to make it better. my goal is 190 200 horsies and a trque limited to 380 or 400. for now my plan is:
gt1749v(ill fix the vanes so i dont need to remap it only for that)
injectors and common rail from 120hp multijet stilo
trans and new clutch set(also from the mjet stilo)
decat downpipe
exhaust cutout valve instead of the mid mufflers
a bmc cda
intercooler from a 2.4 jtd(or maybe stick to the mjet stilo)
a compressor billet wheel and a 360 bearing turbo rebuild kit
fuel rail shim 1 or 1.5mm
a spray kit for the intercooler and radiator
oil cooler 13 row
i also was thinking ab removing the turbo resonator but i believe there is none and there is no swirl flaps on it...
and a custom remap
if you see something wrong feel free to tell me or if u have any other reccomendations tell me because i will do it

I think your best bet is to otimise the setup you have. Get it all serviced and cleaned up. Maybe get the injectors serviced and then look for someone who can maybe tweak the fuelling and turbo SLIGHTLY. Dont mess up sopmething that is basically good. I have heard good things about some tuning boxes and you may be able to find something with a higher out put than you have. Bets advice is dont go mad!!

Hey, im getting the injectors, turbo, common rail the piping all cleaned up and serviced, i got a friend just for that. And what do you mean by tweaked? Sorry im my english isnt the brightest im from the balkans. Also the tunebox because i think this car has been driven so long with the box that it adapted that even after i make a remap ill leave it on because why not. And yeah haha i wont go mad

Tweaked just means adjusted a little to the best potential settings for each part. It sounds lije you are already doing just that.

If you really really want to 'make it better'... you should buy another car. That's the best that car can do! It doesn't sound like you love it. If you'd love it, you wouldn't want to 'make it better'. Your goal there is not making it better!

Your opinion bro. The car was slow, not clean, the doors didnt work, the engine was full with carbon, the air filter had a whole drill stuck inside it, the trans was 20 years old and had gear problems, changed the seats, fixed the radio, changed the speakers, changed the roof, polished it and so on. Obv i would like to do some performance based mods too

That is just basic maintenance.
You can't make that engine to give 190-200 HP, as you said you wish to do.
