Does anyone know a good place to get some decent clear side indicators for my Bravo?

Also, whats the best way to remove the old ones and fit new ones?

Cheers.

You can get them from anywhere like demon tweeks or www.needforspeed.com for about £17.50. theyre very easy to fit. To get the old ones off just cover a feeler guage with something cotton or something just to protect the paint. Slot it under the repeater and push back + lift out. You should be able to do it with your fingers but you need fingernails made of steel

Re: Re: Clear side indicators

Becarefull I got a set of smoked repeaters and they were ****, Just cos of the way they were made it was a clear lense but black backround so I have had to get some black tint spray and give the a few coats of that. Has anyone tinted there rear light clusters any more than what they are standerd if so does it look better? (on a RED car)

Ive got the clear ones with the black background. i think they look pretty smart.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Clear side indicators

My cars ink black and ive got the same, clear lense on black background and they look smart - dont really see them at a quick glance.

Much better than the white repeaters most people have, especially on a dark car

Clear or black?

Cheers for that lads.

So whats the general concensus then? White or blacked backed? They'll be on an Ink Black Bravo and it seems like most people prefer the dark ones.

Are they simply a push fit over the existing bulb? Or do you glue them?

Re: Clear or black?

But if you leave the clear lense on you ca see the bright orange bulb which I personaly think looks crap (every one has diffrent taste), or have u paid 15 quid for the silver bulbs.

Jake,

See my first reply for how to fit them, you have to change the whole unit. Its very simple.

Briggsy,

No i still have the orange bulbs but i cant really notice them however do the silver bulbs still light up orange as i might get a set just for the hell of it.

Re: Re: Re: Clear or black?

Yes they flash orange just got a silver bulb but for 15 pound is it worth it?

No, i'd rather put that towards my induction kit. Thanks For remining me. Orange bulbs will do fine.
