And the Irish joined the Mexicans (because they were catholics too) at the last minute and shot at the Texans only the Mexicans left them all to die because they were Irish (not the Mexicans , they weren't Irish they were mexican, and Catholic -the irish and the Mexicans were catholic but obviously, the Irish couldn't speak Spanish but they both knew the pope was on their side which er is why the Mexicans left the Irish to defend their retreat against the Texans - mumble mumble or something like that . . .
