New alternator fitted so battery should be ok may be a ground cranking see.s to be okHmm.. Earths to check then. Battery to body and body to engine.
The ones on the FIATs tend to rot on the inside, from the outside everything looks OK. No idea if the small triplets factory used the same supplier as Sevel for the Ducato/Jumper/Relay/Boxer.
Is the battery OK? Is the crancking strong enough?
I'd also check the grounds of the BCM (body module) and the ECU (engine module).
Ok my van has no throttle sensor it's old school wireNew alternator fitted so battery should be ok may be a ground cranking see.s to be ok
From earlier posts on this thread I suspect it is the Peugeot/PSA 2.0 litre engine (though possibly the 8 valve version?) I had a 2010 Fiat Scudo 8 seater with the Peugeot RHR 16 valve 2.0 litre 120hp version. In my opinion driving with the engine light on is not a good idea.
I have no idea which ECU and BCM the dispatch has. Is it the FIAT's one, or the PSA one. Depending on that, two different programs are used to communicate with the van (MultiEcuScan or Lexia / PP2000).
As you could see on your own example, the 'generic' code readers are crap. They don't communicate properly with the modules.
Try finding someone who could read the proper error codes.
