Technical Cinquecento wiring problem

Hey,
I have a problem with my 1994 cinquecento 900. The radio was not working and I removed it and found a bunch of wires just cut and spliced. Can you tell me which wire does what so I can connect everything properly so the radio works and the car is not a fire hazard.

I already know that in the first photo the black wire is the ground, the red/green is permanent 12 volts and the purple connects to it and goes to the hazard lights. All the other wires have no voltage to them.
On the second photo one of the red/green has permanent 12 volts and all the other are dead.

P.S. I have tried all the other wires wit ignition on and off and various accessories working.

The dead cables that you mention, are they from the speakers?
