Cinquecento thermostat

I need to change over the Chinco theremostat and want to know if it is possible to open the housing and replace the thermostat rather than replace the whole housing. How is this done?

doubt it, most newer cars, probably including cinq tend to use new housings rather than new thermostats on their own.
