Hi all , new to this site but i need a little bit of help ,and with your wealth of knowledge i hope i have come to the right place..My Mum has a 97 Cinquencto soleil, its metallic green totally bog standard and in immaculate condition (1 owner full FSH).The problem is she hates the retractable sunroof ,do you know of a company/product that produces a cover to go over the soft sunroof..I seem to remember seeing a fiberglass type cover that went over the soft sunroof , but no end of searching on the net has come up trumps..can you help please..Many thanks Kev..

I've never heard of anyone want to not have the roof on a soliel. It is, after all, its USP. I would have though for the costs involved of getting something moulded, then devalueing the car because its not standard, it would make more sense to sell it and buy a standard one.

i would have thought i would be "easier" to mod a hard top cinq with a glass/perspex/plastic roof over working with the soleil?
or are you thinking like a winter 'hard top' ?

Tell your mum my fiancee and I would buy it off her so she can buy a cinq with out the pull back roof! We're looking for a Soliel at the mo
