Technical Cinquecento doesn't like changing gear....

Hi all, so the gear change in my 1995 reluctant to say the least. Sometimes it won't find a gear, other times it won't come out of a gear. The photo attached (if I've done this right) is of the lever that seems to get stuck. What would be my best course of actions here? Cheers all.

As I posted on another thread recently, my gearchanges were improved dramatically by adjusting the clutch and it only takes a minute.

Hi, now, I have no idea, but the clutch feels ok, actually feels like it's working properly, there is however a metal sound sometimes happens as the clutch is full pressed down.

Adjustment may help, but it does sound like something is worn out if it's making a scraping metal noise.
Most likely the release bearing, but if you are taking the box off, you may as well stick a new complete clutch kit in
