Technical Cinq wont start - code light

As above it wont start.

Stnd ecu. Code light on. No spark. Fuel pump is running as soon as the ignition is turned on. When i turn the key to crank it over, during cranking, its not doing anything. Just keeps cranking over.

Checked the fuel pump relay. Have the covers off the ignition barrel but all the connectors look ok.

Anyone else had the same?

this car has some serious electrical issues..

check earths, check fuses near the ECU.

CODE system cuts the main injection relay, which takes out the fuel pump and the ignition coils. so if the pump is working, suspect it isnt a fault with the CODE system, and they're random symptons - hence check earths.

Purple one is totally fixed

As for the black one, fixed it today. Checked everything and there was nuthing wrong

So swapped the ecu over for an "uncoded" one and it worked first time. So ecu is fried.
