£2000 is excessive for a sei sporting!
£1100 is more realistic for a sei sporting abarth for one of the early ones
Would echo ronnies sentiments about checking out the market but dont buy a car from him!
lol, was measuring things against Zoe really - she set me back £1900, is a mk2 - only 7 years old - one owner- full history - had 25k on the clock and initially was a good running stunner (until two weeks later when the head gasket went etc).
Even with all the work she's cost me no more than 3k - and bearing in mind some of that has been spent on mods and ICE (and a new set of rims which are a WIP at the mo).
Local to me there's a private dealership who have a yellow shuey up at £2995.
The car is cosmetically in immaculate condition inside and out - and only 19k on the clock.
Cars in east yorkshire do tend to be pricey - mainly why i went to stockport to pick up my sei...
Of course this is all based on main and private dealer prices - enter the private domestic market and the prices shoot right down.
Having said all that, you really don't want to buy a car from me - sold Bertie (my old 899 cinq / sporting wannabe) for £400 with no stereo or speakers, a dodgy clutch and a badly chipped windscreen (although otherwise cosmetically and structurally the car was beautiful inside and out - and the engine, minus clutch, was a good reliable runner in the end).
