So i got my Cinq on ramps ready to fit my new supersprint manifold when i saw this.. Now I'm pretty sure this isn't Cinq Cat but a seicento mpi down pipe and Cat? Am i Right?

Sei MPI cat is vertical. Haven't seen a Cinq exhaust system, but the Sei SPI has a different shaped cat to that. You also don't appear to have a flexi section or any sort of join. I'm not too sure what that's from.

You're missing a flywheel cover, unless you took that off.

An MPI Sei has the cat that acts as the first section of the down pipe.
The SPI Sei has a cat that bolts onto the end of the downpipe which bolts onto the manifold.
Cinq's have the cat integrated into the down pipe which bolts onto the manifold.

The latter is what you have :)

ah right i see, thanks for the help. so how would i now go about fitting the supersprint if it's unable to connect before the cat due to there being no join?

The easy (ish) way is to cut down the front pipe you have to cut it as close as you can to the cat but still be able to get a decent seal on the supplied flanged sleave

you may also have to trim the sleave by a few mm too the reason being if you don't get the position of the cat right it knocks on the anitroll bar (there is a small flatened section on the std exhaust where it sits over the roll bar)

Nice one, cheers! I take it the supersprint is a lot more seicento friendly!

Do you know whether a Cat-back system reaches as far as the Anti-roll bar flattened bit? and if so, will it have the flattened bit to cater the bar? Just considering de-cat options etc.

As far as i know it is just a faff anyway SS say uses "OEM cat" but you still end up messing about

The flattened bit is on the output side of the cat section IIRC.

If you go decat (No point IMHO) then you can go SS Flange to Mid section (front peice of the cat back) make sure you have a decent flexi or at least don't overtighten the SS spring joint
