Punto Evo Cigarette Lighter problems

Ok, so I have been trying to replace my cigarette lighter as it stopped working. I changed the fuse first so i know that isn't the problem. I have bought a replacement socket but am unsure what to do with it.
I know i have to trim my wires to connect to this newer style socket but I'm confused what to do after that, which wire is which (earth, 12v etc) There are 3 wires, black, red&grey and yellow.
Plus there's a red wire and a black wire attached to the new socket, can anyone help guide me as to what to do?

Where did you buy it.

I bought a replacement so my charger would sit in snugly without popping out (seems fiat use a hole that is .1 mm larger than uk ones)

I went halfords, bought a green led one, wasnt happy as it had to be fitted from under the centre console as oppsoed to a pop in one like the oem one... since then i need to find the correct one, do they not use a three prong connector that is universal to all cig lighters, halfords one was.
