Technical Chugging noise

Hi I've just brought a Fiat 500 s 2013 and I noticed a chugging noise when driving slowly but don't notice it as much when speeding up checked tyre's for stones but none and pumped tyres up any ideas

Is this a 4 cylinder petrol?

1.2 500,s have a flat semi lugging exhaust note at low rpm till the engine spins up a bit and gets the gases flowing it could be helpful if you could drive another car with the same engine as yours to make a comparison!, also have you had a listen under the bonnet to check no hoses are split/cracked and blowing?.
