Just curious if anyone else has experienced this, when the car is started about half the time the system says sd card is unrecognisable or wrong format, well something like that I don't remember the exact phrase! Other times the system loads fine. Only just bought the car second hand and the Dealer has promised me a new SD card but I'm just curious if anyone has had the same issue and whether it actually was the SD or was it a system hardware or software issue?

rosso - just stumbled on this thread here - Just wondered how you've found your Delta as we're looking at one to replace the wifes Sedici........

Hi no problems with ours so far, I would have to say it is a funny mix of good and bad basically from a technical point of view it is a stretched bravo with similar good and bad points. We have the limited 165 multijet which is probably the nicest version very expensive new but a bargain second hand if rather rare, the poltrona Frau leather and leather covered dash really improve the interior ambience and it has all the right pieces of kit as standard. Downside of this version is that because it has the executive rear seat (much more comfy than the standard one) there is no sliding seat facility unlike the cheaper versions which could limit versatility if that is important to you. The boot is quite big deep but not very long, the seats fold but not very flat and it doesn't result in a flat load area because UK cars lack the option dual layer boot facility. Handling is ok but not very sporty pleasant enough for everyday use, the ride is a little bit jittery but we have 18 inch wheels which are optional you may find that smaller wheels offer a smoother ride but possibly less agile handling and steering feel. Seats are comfortable but take a bit of getting used at first I felt as if the seat felt it was too upright but have got used to it now, the driving position is fine but you need to be aware that the clutch seems a big too close but is fine if you set the seat so you can only just fully depress it with the tip of your toes(!). Gear change light and easy brakes if anything a bit over sensitive but you get used to them. Fuel economy I get about 45mpg measured brim to brim on an android app in real day to day driving ( the trip meter actually shows a couple of mpg less!). Performance is very good only downside is that it is a little sluggish off line especially when cold but mid range power is very good and quiet at speed too. Overall it's a nice car distinctive looks especially in darker colours and with the black roof and the prices they are going for make them a good buy just a shame about the chrysler badging awful I've taken the big badge off the tailgate and might buy a lancia grille at some point too, sadly it's totally out of the question to do the same inside due to cost.

Cheers rosso - though I've just read that Chrysler UK have just pulled the plug on the Delta here and its now no longer available new in the UK
