well take a drill and give it a couple of 2-3mm drain holes like i did in mine next to the mounting bolts

Glad it's not just me then, what did you do about the bolts rusting? I'm planning on changing mine to some stainless ones at some point.

Getting back on topic has anyone tried the Philips Etreme bulbs that are meant to be 80% brighter?

I have them in and they easily contest HID, especially in the wet. I never drove my Grande Punto with standard headlamp bulbs as I changed to 50% Ring bulbs straight away, and those were damn good as it was.

The Philips ones are much brighter with a larger pool a light infront. Difference will be huge if you are currently running standard bulbs which on the GP look yellow.

you cant compare a halogen bulb to a HID bulb!

I changed the standard ones for these and it's definitely worth changing as they a lot more brighter than the standard one, big improvement.

sorry i wasnt meaning indicator bulbs i know about the hatch next to useless when trying to change headlight bulbs tho
