Hey just got the fiat tipo cross 2021. I’m so confused when I’m playing music from my phone how do you control the volume and skip songs using the steering wheel buttons? When I use left or right buttons it just changes the driving display

Are you using the buttons on the rear of the steering wheel?
No? The ones on the left side at the front of the steering wheel with the arrows on. It just changes the driving display
The front buttons are for the display menu's and nothing to do with the entertainment system
They will never change the song or volume,
So how do I change the songs and volume while I’m driving. So I have to keep taping the screen?
Use the buttons on the rear of the steering wheel?
Do you not have them on your car?
