General changing the suspension/lowering

i have a 1997 R reg, mark 1 it has developed a bit of a squeek well more of a creek, also the body roll of the car is amazing meaning it leans over so far it feels like its going to tip over,

so i intend to change the suspension for a bit firmer and at the same time lower the car about 30-40mm

now what would be like the cost of this because i have looked around a bit on the interent and have found the cost of the springs etc etc but never the cost of the total job? :bang:

any help advice is welcomed
