Hmmm matter of personal taste. I like the leather and matching steering wheel on mine personally.

Use the search function there is at least 1-2 threads with people that have done it. Think its just a case of brute force.

If you go for an aftermarket metal one then you will spoil the overall look.
and you will have a cold knob in winter. (permission granted to use as sig)

Price aint an issue wen it comes to ure car innit! got any pics of ure momo gearknob?
If you do get an aftermarket one, make sure it is compatible with the 'lift up reverse' feature on your current stick. Otherwise it will not work
