Changing Proxys

How do you change proxys so that you can view a British site that is blocked to all proxys outside of the UK? All the ones that I have tried don't work, so they must be also outside of Britain.
Hope I worded that right.

dont use a proxy at all.

if you're forced to use a certain proxy by your isp then a circumventor is the way to view the webpage.

Already tried that, is my usual first port of call, but it didn't work This will be the only way that I will be able to watch the LM24.

what is the message when you try to view the page using your usual proxy?

what is the message when you try to use no proxy at all?

No proxy: it plays a video saying that this video is restricted to a geographic location,

With proxy: as above
