I have a 1.3multijet diesel van and have covered 57,000 miles since last November. In that time NOTHING has gone wrong. The original tyres are still on the rear and look like they will do 100k before they need replacing. My main complaint is the cost of servicing. I waited while the last one was done (55 minutes) and it cost £240. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he was robbing people!!. I intend to do all future servicing myself, but am unable to remove the oil filter element housing. It it tackled from above or below? What is the purpose of the rubber stopper in the top which I also cannot remove?. Incidentally, the workshop told me 15,000 miles ago that I had less than 6,000 miles of wear left in the discs and pads. I checked them out last weekend and there is 8mm of friction material left on all pads. The discs are slightly worn but nowhere near replacement. Don't believe everything they tell you.
