Technical Changing Instrument Cluster

Hello

I have been given a TFT display cluster from a 2014 prefacelift 500s for the cost of nothing and I wish to replace my original 2009 Orange lit analogue cluster. The mileage on the replacement is higher than mine however I am not too bothered about it as the jump in mileage isn't too great and with my mods already done, I know my cars value isn't great anyway.

But my main concern is, even though the replacement has higher mileage, will it still be possible to proxy align so the mileage doesn't flash.

I don't see why not. @Baglady1990 did the swap and didn't report any particular issues (more how simple it was).
