Changing fog on hlx

Just brought a fog lamp to replace the broken on my hlx.
Is there any way to replace it without having to remove the plastic shield under the engine?

If not is it easy to remove and should i change my gear box oil while i'm at it (is this easy)?

Screw above light to take out, and two under the bumper. Should be able to wiggle it out of the hole!
