General Change your number plates or you will have a £60 fine like me

hi all, forgot to mention when this happened.
the other day i got pulled buy the police :bang: and the gave me a fine for having wiked number plates on the car.:slayer:
have a look in my car pics to see what ones

if you dont want a £60 fine but with no points then change them

the police man said that every car with these kind of number plates will get stopped and a fixed fine on the spot. and they are going to carry this out for a year

so beware people. CHANGE THEM

yer well iv done it now, plus people need to know otherwise they will have a £60 fine like me.

ANPR system cant read them so fair cop I say. Shame it cost you £60 but at least you got no points.

Pretty obvious your plate is illegal. It's not the regulation typeface and doesn't appear to have the makers name and postcode on it.

lol. well i purchased it from ebay knowing that it wasnt a normal one but i got caught ha ha.
well the police office did tell me that you dont need a name on the plate just have the correct letters.

so advice people. sort it out before you get a fine ha ha ha

isnt it also an mot failure to have the wrong font, spacing and also any design on the number plate i.e an rx8 i had in work the other day had a honeycomb pattern in the letters had write spacing and font but still failed, all though our mot tester is a bit picky.

Yes it is a mot failure but every time I have mot I just switch them round to standard and when I get hone just put the Wiked ones back on.
But now I am staying with the standard ones lol
