Technical Change external door handles fiat brava 1995

Hi to everyone, I m inthe process of changing the exterior door handles of a fiat brava 1996. I found some instructions in the forum but there where for the front doors. Is there an analytical guide for the rear doors (I thought it would be easier to start from them)?
So far I manages to remove the plastic cover but it seems I can't reach the door handle because there is another layer of metal. Should I remove it somehow? Should I remove the 3 screws that exist at the back of the door?

I think no. I need for fiat brava sx. I suppose it is different than fiat 500..
