General cd player

HI all had the qubo2weeks now everything seems fine except the cd player is not working the cd wont load screen says cd reading but nothing happens when I remove it screen says no source available,could it be something simple I,ve read the handbook and think I.m doing everything right can anyone help before I ring the main dealer up did not want to go through them when it could be something obvious.

Hi,
so just says "reading" not changing to "track 1.. etc??"

scroll through different input options,

try another disc.. then suspect the unit

tried these options may decide to go to Halfords and replace the player expect it will be cheaper than fiat main dealerships.

the hands free will not work if you replace it . lots of head units on ebay I had to buy 1 the other week
