Technical Cd changer not playing when installed on NAV+

Hellow! i have a problem with my nav+ and Blaupunkt changer IDC-A09. Firstly i had fiat stilo mp3 player and my cd changer works normaly on it, but than i get Nav+ and when i connect the changer with nav+ is everything normally but when i press the CDC button and play button, it doesnt play, furthermore it don't show's you how many cd's are in the unit ( in my case 5 ).
