I have just been looking at the power fiat website and saw that you could get a supersprint cat replacement or an ITC centre section for the bravo 1.6 16v, my question is....
Do either of these make any worth while difference to the performance and if so which is the better?

They are just a bit of pipe, I'm sure there are differences between them but in their role as a bit of pipe both probably perform the function with equal ability. :)

But if you fancy being shafted £100+ for a foot of steel pipe and the prospect of having to swap it for the cat before the MOT and the possibility of fines and points if the police notice all for a couple of BHP.... ;)

If you really want one get one made, most good exhaust places should be able to do it. The prices for ready made ones are obscene!

I just brought a supersprint exhaust and I wanted to buy a cat replacement pipe but as correctly stated by Tom... I really dont think for an £100 for a steel pipe and loads of problems later with MOT etc. "Is it really worth it for a couple of extra BHP?"
Its just a rip of all in all...

I got mine for 50quid im glad i got it. the sound from my car now is unreal.

only if your a ****, i live in bristol so we have the whole freakin worlds population of chavs but in 2years of having my bravo and having it modified i have not been pulled once.

i guess that makes me a **** then, as all i had to do was tint my windows, put an exhaust on, and drive along the high street at 29mph to get a pull! and for no real reason either!
