Hello everyone, I am planning on giving my carb a going over, is this the kit I need??

Also, going by this thread:
https://www.fiatforum.com/panda-classic/71830-german-1989-panda-1000-cl-carb-problems.html .....it would seem I need a new distributor diaphragm as there is little or no resistance when the pipe is blown down. It's a new piece of fancy Samco vacuum pipe from my other car so it's not a split pipe. Question is... is the diaphragm available? Can't find it on eper, seems to be with the distributor.

Thanks in advance.

carb kit is OK, same one I used. Quick scout about doesn't look like there's many Vacuum units about, if it's going to be pricey it might even be worth going for this:

and scavenging the vac unit, cap and arm (you've got electronic ignition right?)
