Car won't accelerate properly

Once I go to accelerate in my 1.4sx Bravo it seems to want to go then stall for a second and then do the same again. It also back/miss fires when doing this as well, have changed out the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, could this be the ECU management system or the injectors, any help would be great

Me too

i have this problem also but without the back/miss fires,if i don't give the car at least 2000 rpm on take off it stutters and goes to stall then picks up again,reently been serviced and no faults found.

its one of your coils that has gone

can you be more specific? do you mean ignition coil?

Car hesitates

Changed out the fuel filter seems a little bit better, which coil would it be? that could be gone. There's 55k on the clock and I haven't changed the timing belt yet but that shouldn't have any impact on this, some one mentioned it to me in passing.
