Technical Car has a "cough"

Hi everyone im after some advice if anyone has had a similar issue. My 1.9 grande sporting has developed what i can only describe as a cough.

At around 2000 revs the car jerks back and forwards hesitantly as if its coughing. Its only under gentle acceleration when i accelerate moderatley to hard its fine.

Its just had new glow plugs, high pressure fuel pump and a new egr, does it need a retune or could it be something else.
