car cut out!!! - help!!!

in the last 4 days my car has cut out 4 times, it only seems to happen when im slowing down for a junction, i don't seem to stall and my clutch is right in- i have to completely restart the car and it happens whilst turning - which when the car stalls takes out my power steering!!!
i can't think why its doing this does anyone experience this problem or know what i should do to stop it?- (change of driving style????)please help i fear i may crash into someone soon!

Throttle position sensor or manifold pressure sensor. Probably the throttle sensor.

Clean your throttle body, especially the idle control valve or other name is stepper motor

I've actually had the same problem with my 1.2 80sx 16v
