Hi all,
Since my 1.3mjet idea had developed a ghost in the machine since the big freeze my dad (garage owner) has been trying all week for a repair authorisation with AA warranty to get temp sensor changed but can't get though due to call volume.
also having seen this week just how many cars I've passed at the roadside it got me thinking.

how has you car faired in this slighlty cold snap?

I'll start:
engine temperature misreading.
rear door handle is just not working.

over to you........

Other than being a little stiff to start, my lil' Punto has been absolutely fine :)

Other than the usual icy side effects (doors frozen shut, washer jets freezing lol)

had a significant amount of water in a sparkplug well, but once i found the allen key :bang: and sorted it, it's been fine, heater is amazing, the engine certainly puts out a lot of heat lol. apart from couldn't open my drivers door after the coldest night lol. but been fine other freezing nights.

why do you need authorisation for a temp sensor? they're only about £10? or at least mine was for a bosch one.
