Off Topic Can't log on!!!

Hi all. My password stopped working over a month ago. I followed the correct procedures to reset it, but my email wasn't recognised. I have been a member of the forum for several years, so I can only assume I used an email that is no longer valid.
I contacted the powers that be at the beginning of Feb, with my current email address and the problems I have incurred and have continued to do so periodically, but to no avail. I have just received automated replies to say that my enquiry has been noted and someone will be in touch asap. Suffice to say, no one got in touch.
At the beginning of this week another member contacted a mod on my behalf.....still nothing!
Therefore I have had to register again in another name.
Not the best service!

Sorry to hear that you had troubles but only admin can deal with this [he is the one with sole access to the support centre and for user amendments] and @ben was pretty tied up for personal reasons over the last few weeks, but he is back on the ball again.

Hopefully he should spot this and get your old account recovered.

I just saw the message about this that was sent to me. I'm really sorry that this slipped through the cracks and that I couldn't help before. Happy that it has been sorted out now but again, really sorry that I didn't see the message two weeks ago.
