I'm desperately looking for my blue and me module location. Om my 2020 fiat 500 hybrid lounge 999cc made in Poland going off labels /part number and where fitted. Plus inspection stickers so convinced it come from Poland. Ive had the passenger side panel off not there down behind the passenger seat not there behind the glove box not there although I'm glad I did look behind the glove box about I found all the labels and stickers relating to Poland. But alas not there either, I'm at the moment reluctant to take off the driver side back passenger side panel as I've not seen or read anything of the B&M module being there. As anyone will know there not easy to get off and it's impossible not to leave marks of were you started taking the side panel off. It's a good 2 hours work getting them off to find it's not there if I had any indication it was there I'm on it but 2 hours wasted to find out its not then don't know how long putting it all back. Not knowing anything about fiat's in general and what I do know is what ive read on here which ive really appreciated. Having confirmed it's the B&M module that's causing the parasitic drain on the battery. It's a must I find the bugger,, as we all are appreciative of forums like this and with the wealth of knowledge there is I'm hoping someone sees my post and can help, anything is appreciated thank you in anticipation

It's not strange you've found labels from Poland all around the car, it was the only European country it was built in. The FIAT factory in Tychy. Not far away from where I live ;)

How do you know that?

Well firstly it's my sister in law car she's having chemo and her car battery kept going flat , she tuck it to a garage and they said a diagnostic will find the problem she as a 2020 fiat 500 hybrid lounge 999cc it was the garage that told her it was the blue and me I no nothing about blue and me and also how you needed to find if it was made in Mexico or Poland, what no one told me was blue and me was up graded to Uconnect system in 2016 or 17 I know they stopped using blue and me in fiat's 2016 , I had been told to watch YouTube videos ,listening to people who had taken out blue and me modules not able to get the information I needed I reached out to a guy called Richard who repairs blue and me module and other modules he sells his repair service on ebay compony call ecu rescue and around £50 depending on what being repaired nut he's the cheapest ive seen I asked him did he know where the blue and me module was located in my 202o fiat 500 hybrid lounge 999cc , I said I can't find it and he said because it's not got blue and me fitted it's got Uconnect, I checked his information on the fiat mobile app via Ai it said he's absolutely right fiat stopped using blue and me around 2016 changed it to Uconnect system, so if you was like me and 80% tuck the interim apart , it's worth asking the Ai the question because everything ive asked Ai if it's nor got the answer it as access to fiat information from company's that the information is available to get and the Ai email's the right person for the answer needed, every question ive asked how to find the fault it tels you the tools needed how to check the power draw and how to find the faulty part using a multi meter im very impressed with the mobile fiat app and the Ai absolutely marvelous

AI is a total crap. It gets answers from all over the internet - including the crap people post on the internet.

You can fool it around very easily asking a question, then questionning the AI's reply. It will be changed.

If a specialist told you (and I think I've seen answers here on the forum it does not have Blue&Me), it means it does not have Blue&Me.

There are other possible causes of a battery drain. Get the car to an electrician workshop - it will be perhaps more expensive, but definitely quicker and easier for you.
