get you'rself a "quinny zapp" pushchair we had one for the beetle cabrio which has a smaller boot than the 500 the quinny is the smallest "folded dimension" pushchair in the world we were very pleased with ours,

We bought a Quinny Zap, the only buggy we could find that would fit in the boot of an old Mini Cooper S we had. Get a Quinny & problem solved.

I've ordered a 1.2 Lounge in Funk White with red leather seats and ivory ambience.

The buggy fitted with a few inches to spare, the car seat too.
They wanted to depreciate my cmax by £300 a month until the car came in but I said no, so they took off £300 and said the car will be with me by end of August! I'm not getting excited though as I know there is a huge waiting list for Funk White so I don't think their gamble will pay off - still it's their problem now not mine!
I ummed and ahhhed over the colours but luckily they had one in for a customer in just the colours I wanted (but I didn't want the side strip on it) and so we drove to the compound to look at it and I fell in love.
want it now!!! Was horrid getting back into the dreary cmax!

Waiting times have proberly changed since I was selling them but Funk white was slightly longer than 12 weeks.
I know but what's weird is that he said they'd offer me x amount for my cmax but would depreciate it at £300 per month until car arrives. I said that I needed to know that if the car is ordered for 6 months time (what I was quoted originally for the funk white over the phone from them) and it is then delayed then they can't take off more lots of £300. In other words I was prepared to take a 6 x £300 hit on my car. But then he came back from speaking with the manager and said they would take off £300 and assume they could get the car in August, and if later then they would 'absorb the depreciation themselves'. Bit odd if it's going to take 6 months to get the car, they've lost out on a £1,500 saving.

Hmm, I was told 12 to 14 weks for an ordinary colour.
I've heard of worse.
£300 notes a month on a potential 6-7 moth wait is astonishing. I'd have told them to **** right off aswell.
TBH when I did deals on Factory orders we always gave a price for when we expected the car to come in. if it was sooner hard luck for the punter if it was later hard luck for management.
I shall now be examining the side of the car to make sure! ha ha
Although it's not actually ordered yet cus the man operating the computer (older than my dad) couldn't get the prices right so he's going to input again when we weren't there (we were there 40 mins whilst he jabbed at buttons as it was and hubbie was getting fidgety).

You should have gone to Salisbury, they are ace.
Just had a phone call from dealer - it is showing as end of August on the Fiat site. They've been moving the specifications around on the screen from our end (dunno what they meant at all - too technical for me) and it means that mine will be jumped forward a bit.
