:idea: Ok, my car is a long way off doing any of this, but has anyone ever tried to get a Punto GT engine in their Cinq? I'm sure that 1.4 Turbo would haul serious ass.

quite a few people are going through with this conversion eventually. I think someone in Poland has already done it

pretty sure the uno turbo lump is the same as the gt turbo lump
guy in polands is a 1.4 turbo overbored to a 1.6
yes im going througth with it but there is a lot os work to be done and then there isnt it all depends on how u know coz u got to strengthen the whole car and weld a few bits up
dont you have to extend your front end

not to mention new looms, drivshafts, gear box, exhaust...blah blah blah!
