If you've got photoshop, its quite easy to do yourself.

Whats the maximum size I should use to make a sig? I'm learning PhotoShop (well, teaching myself anyway!)

If you aim for a size about 100x300 or 100x400 (height x width) it won't be too 'in-yer-face'.
