General Can Anyone Identify This Fiat? (Model & Year)

So my girlfriend and I were on the subject of cars today, just roaming around the web and what not. She came across this Fiat that she "fell in love with" right away. I've never seen this type of Fiat before (to me it has the 500 body style, but I've never seen a 500 with that type of front end), to make her happy I said I would find out what model and year it was. Can anyone help me? Here's the pic:
